DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to [email protected]. We will issue an exchange for your order.

EMPTY PACKAGE RECEIVED

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges.
